Sushant Singh Rajput was counted as one of the most sensational actors in Bollywood. Coming from a no Bollywood connection background and attaining success on his own made him stand out from the rest of the actors.
He allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan on past Sunday i.e. on 14 June 2020 in his apartment in the morning hours.
As soon as the news spread whole Bollywood and his fans have been mourning his death.
The actor is loved for his performance in films like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, PK, Kai Po Che, Chhichhore, and Kedarnath among others. He used to charge 6 to 7 crores per film.
Academically too he has done well, he was a national level Olympiad winner in Physics and stood at 7th rank in AIEEE (National Level Entrance Exam for Engineering) now known as JEE in 2003.
Then he joined Delhi College of Engineering and dropped out of Mechanical Engineering in his 3rd year to pursue his dream of acting.
He was a man of great intelligence and knowledge. He was a great admirer of space and its endless possibilities. His bucket list also included learning Polynesian Astronomy.
The actors Net worth is assumed to be 59 crores and he is the only Bollywood actor to have bought a piece of land on Moon through International Lunar Lands Registry.
Sushant bought a piece of lunar land on the far side of the Moon, in a region called the Mare Muscoviense or the ‘Sea of Muscovy.’
He also owns an expensive telescope known as Meade 14″ LX600. He always wanted to see the rings on the planet Saturn. The actor shared his happiness by posting on Instagram, he wrote, “It’s one of the most advanced telescopes in the world and I’m going to be able to see Saturn’s rings through it.”
He was often seen star gazing and followed NASA and it’s achievements.
He even sponsored a trip to the US Space Camp Center for two children under his education program. He personally selected the students by asking them one to one questions about mathematics and newton laws.
The actor also owned a flight simulator. Sushant Singh Rajput bought a flight simulator that is usually used for training pilots. When he owned one, he took to Instagram and wrote, “#LovingMyDream 1/150 ! ‘GET A FLYING LICENSE !!’ Buying this beauty (Boeing 737 Fixed Base Flight Simulator) to start loving/living my first of 150 dreams; to fly.”
A bike enthusiast, Sushant Singh Rajput owned a superbly expensive and stylish BMW K 1300 R motorcycle which is estimated around 25 Lakhs.
He was also a proud owner of luxury sports car Maserati Quattroporte which is around 1.5 crore and a Land Rover Range Rover SUV too.
He also owns a 20 crore penthouse in the suburbs of Mumbai, Pali Hill.
It is claimed that he was going through depression and it is the main reason behind this suicide.
Even his Twitter profile cover image is a famous painting by Vincent Van Gogh, known as ‘Starry Nights’. It is claimed that while painting the Starry Night, Vincent Gogh was going through depression as well. Starry Nights is his last Painting because he committed suicide after that.
